The tatt actually doesn't sparkle. Haven't learned that technique yet, but it is pretty. Its a face tatt that comes in three forms; eye, full side of the face, and both sides of the face....here' s pictures....
Oh blue things are my skin i got from curious kitties. They have the most creative things there!
